Premium Grass Fed Beef

American Galloway grass fed beef raised naturally on our small family farm is now available. We are approximately 40 miles from Madison located between Reedsburg, Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells.

Our cattle are raised and live in a stress free environment. They are rotationally grazed and fed hay in the winter. We do not supplement with grain. We prefer to follow organic practices, have a closed herd, do not feed growth hormones, we do not vaccinate or medicate our cattle.

Our beef steers are usually processed around 2 years of age with a hanging weight between 600 and 700 lbs.

We sell whole, halves, split halves or quarters or eighths.

Processing is done at Johnson’s Sausage Shoppe in Rio.

All cuts are vacuum sealed and flash frozen for optimal freshness!
Whole Beef (approximately 600-650 lbs hanging weight) $3.50 per lbs. hanging weight
½ Beef (approximately 300-325 lbs hanging weight) $3.60 per lbs. hanging weight
¼ Beef (approximately 150-163 lbs hanging weight) $3.70 per lbs. hanging weight
1/8 Beef (approximately 75-82 lbs hanging weight) $3.85 per lbs. hanging weight
